Terms of Service & SLA Scopes

1. Scope of Engagement

These terms govern the delivery of custom engineering services, cloud migrations, and Generative AI pod assignments. Specific schedules, deliverables, SLA thresholds, and payment milestones are detailed within the custom Project Blueprint signed by both parties.

2. Developer Pod Allocations

Our pods consist of lead architects, software engineers, and QA agents. Task timelines, backlog planning, and sprint allocations are coordinate using agile methodologies. Client retains ownership of all custom codes, configurations, and assets developed during the sprint.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon clearance of the project blueprint billing phases, all custom software, Terraform scripts, and microservices codebases are transferred directly to client repositories.
